Horry County SC Probate Court has original jurisdiction over actions concerning the issuance of marriage licenses, the estate of a deceased person, the will of an individual, the estate of a minor or incapacitated person, trusts, and involuntary commitments.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday:
8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Due to customer demand, the lunch hour for each of the satellite offices may vary slightly. Please call prior to visiting the offices at lunch time to avoid waiting for service.
