The Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency is a public child welfare agency that provides protection services to Lancaster County's most vulnerable citizens - our children. If an emergency arises after business hours, an emergency caseworker is available by calling the Medical Bureau at 396-8085. Please utilize the emergency caseworker for those situations where a child is in immediate danger or where there is the high risk potential of life threatening injury.
